An appointment that repeats itself for more than half a century and has become a meeting point between the peoples of the Earth. History, folklore and art, blend harmoniously during one of the most famous folk festivals in the world.

Candida Almond Blossom in Valle dei Templi announces the return of spring. Agrigento-historical geographical center of the Mediterranean, also becomes the fulcrum of Concord and culture of peoples. The spirit of joy, peace and brotherhood that wafts in ancient Akragas during the Sagra del mandorlo in fiore exceeds any ideological or racial barrier.

Arenzano, Casalpustarlengo, Porto San Giorgio, Jesi, Siena and San Benedetto del Tronto are the stages of the tour de France 2013 which will continue until April A workshop of chocolate heaven, in villages and in Italian cities: the chocolate factory signed ChocoMoments from January to April will resume the tour del gusto.

The days of harvest, all film emiliano and case fresh out of special mention the meetings of Arthouse Cinema di Mantova (the appointment of FICE to reward quality film protagonists more phones later this year), he returned to Florence from Thursday 31 January to Monday 4 February at the Cinema. The world day of Italian regional Cuisines in the sign of Expo 2015



Thursday 31 January debut with regional dishes of the Abruzzo region, Lombardy, Calabria and Puglia in Hong Kong, Kiev, Moscow, Milan, Pacentro, Bari, Lecce

Parma January 24, 2013. The protagonists on the tables of restaurants, not just one day, but throughout the year: the typical and traditional dishes of the regional cuisines of Italy entering the menus from around the world and want to stay there. It's called the world day of Italian regional Cuisines in the sign of Expo 2015.

But it's a WORLD DAY that LASTS all year long, because it will be extended to all months of 2013, starting January 31. For the occasion, every Cook, in Italy and worldwide, will prepare a Typical and traditional Recipe of his region. The aim will be to enhance the family dishes, restaurants and trattorie: appetizers, the first Earth and sea, pasta, polenta and rice; the second fish and meat, vegetables and a special place will be reserved for sweets.

Chef Walter Potenza of Giulianova from his restaurant in Providence, a city in the United States of America, capital of the State of Rhode Island, prepares typical-Crispelle and The brodetto di pesce alla Giuliese. Yet from this region, Abruzzo, Carmine Cercone pastoral in his restaurant La Taverna del Caldora in Pacentro prepares the kid Cace and if that was also the plate of recipes of traditional abruzzese newspaper published the Center this summer.
