As for the wines, all tasty and fragrant, are for white DOC Locorotondo and Martina Franca, and Gioia del Colle and Trani for the reds. Very nice also the dessert Moscato del Salento.
We should also mention the Canosa DOC wine, produced in the province of Bari with Uva di Troia grape. |  |
