The most suitable for the cultivation of the vine Hill are of sedimentary origin, overlooking the sea.
The most famous wines are the Montepulciano and Trebbiano: the first is an easy wine to pair, which can fit well with meat dishes with seafood; Trebbiano is indicated with dainty dishes, white meats and fish sauces.
